What happens in a 60 minute session?
We work with the body: not against it.
Sessions are grounded, gentle, and completely client-led.
We work online ( or if you're in Lyon, France I can come to you!)
We follow your system’s pace and capacity by using belief investigation ( questions).
You’ll then be guided to notice subtle sensations, emotions, and body cues and through a specific process, supported to release what your system is ready to let go of.
No pushing. No forcing. Just deep, intelligent work with your body’s natural rhythm.
